First Level
Front entry opens into foyer, then a second foyer with two large coat closets flanking central stairs. Hallway to first level bathroom and continue to home theatre room. Marble floors on entire first level with bamboo floor in Home Theatre. Laundry room with washer and dryer in back. Door to basement area for storage on this level. Basement also houses Weil-McLain boiler, two 275 oil tanks, well pump and storage.
Second Level
Up central stairs to landing and then to second level. Open concept leads to Fireplace Room with large bluestone fireplace and six-foot round window opposite overlooking the lake and sunsets. Continue to the Great Room, surrounded by glass and windows to take in the breathtaking view. Great Room also has a fireplace which is marble and flanked by columns. Mahogany floors throughout second level. Also on second level is kitchen with black granite, glass tile, and marble floor. Dining Area is to the right along with the home audio center. House has audiophile quality in-ceiling or in-wall speakers in most rooms and outside, 3 levels of system. From Dining Area enter the Solarium/Tea Room, which is surrounded by glass on three sides. Indeed every room has an incredible view.
